MOVIE REVIEW: ADMISSIONS

Tina Fey and Paul Rudd star in this movie about a Princeton Admissions Counsellor (Fey) who is approached by a teacher about one of his students who is brilliant, but not the best student and wants to go to Princeton.

Fey seems stuck in a rut and nothing seems to really go right for her. While I thought there was chemistry between the two, it just seemed sort of halfway there. Or maybe it just seemed too easy to fall in love?

I so wanted to really love this movie but in the end, some of the actions of Fey to get the boy into Princeton just seem so beneath her character and not really that funny.
