Fall

I seem to recall fall lasting a bit longer than just a few days. The trees would turn and we'd be able to jump in the leaves and build forts and it would be a while before we'd need to pull out the winter gear. It's downright cold. And sideways snow and sleet is not my favorite sort of thing either. It's too darn early.

I was just getting used to adding a sweatshirt. Not that I mind layers. Easier to hide the sins of too much time sitting in front of a computer instead of maybe cycling or swimming or um walking ANYWHERE.

Goodbye Fall. It was nice to see you for a few days. Hope you come again - you always were my favorite season.
