I knew there was a reason I hadn't planned on doing much more than pack tonight...never fails when I need to go out of town all hell breaks loose at work and I get stuck there until 8 p.m.

I had planned on leaving around 2. So much for cleaning my house, putting away the piles of laundry and assorted other errands I was going to run.

I was driving home thinking that there's got to be more than this life than this. Life is short. And I wonder if this is the plan God had in mind.

Ah well...I'll try and blog while I'm away but I make no promises. Pray for patience.
