The meeting started with The Black Eye Peas singing "Let's Get Things Started" with the entire senior management team trying to dance and clap on stage. I had uploaded this to YouTube but figured I only just received my raise and it hasn't quite kicked in yet so I might as well wait until it does before I post incriminating evidence of their apparent lack of rhythm. This was all followed by a rousing entrance to the team building classic sing-along from the 1970's "we are family" and clips of sports movies like Rudy, Rocky, and Hoosiers. (I have to admit that the 5 minute clip from the movie rudy still made me tear up)
